What It Means To Be 1 Of The Kids In The Street

this is post I am writing intertwines the Plain White T's and also the All American Rejects.

What does it mean to you to be a kid in the street?

to me it means that you are recalling the old times in your life that made you happy. The times that made me smile and act like a kid again at heart. Those moments in life where all you can do is just hide from the world the thoughts you are thinking, just be, & also bare the big grin & smile on your face.  To look outside a window & stare out into space & wonder what or where you are in your life at this point & wonder what you want to be really doing for the rest of your life.  

The Kids in the Street to me reminds me of the Plain White T's and the Wonders Of The Younger. To finding the part of yourself that you threw or hid away & thought you really lost. That favorite toy you had as a kid like a robot, a doll or even just your Legos or the favorite film you had like Ferris Bueller's Day Off or even Goonies or like Drop Dead Fred.  One of the times in your life where you can also realize your age, where you are & the responsibilities we wish we could just toss a side for a day. Just live your life to the fullest in just 1 whole day & do what ever we wanted & throw every last care away.  To also just live in the moment of the Life we have & do something totally spontaneous no one would guess we'd do. To find people in our lives who make us also want to be better people to further who we are & yet also make us want to do some good in this world if we can.  

Sometimes I wish I could be truly young again like my little nephew in this picture he probably doesn't have any cares as of this moment in his life he is so young that he is just trying to live each day as it comes.

The Kids In The Street is the AAR's new album coming out March 26th, 2012 actually & 2 of there songs on the album have been released out so far one is called BeeKeeper's Daughter & the other is called: SomeDay's Gone.  The story they say behind the album is pretty nostalgic & pretty deep & actually had me pondering & trying to remember what it means to be a Kid In The Street too.

my life & a true moment I had to say

Guys so I have to tell you I am ecstatic now since my new post was posted on the all american reject's blog. Yes its true we all want to be a kid again in Life and try to relive the most amazing moments we can and remember those times where all we can do is just laugh and smile and think OMG did I just do that. the Birthday Boy Bash

So yes I know I've been bad with the blogging I believe the last time I did it was for Valentine's Day. So here it is another post and this one is pretty awesome I have to admit so.

Today was my nephew's birthday extravaganza with all people who loves him. I was thinking the party would only have my parents, my brother, my sister in law, ME, my sister in law's parents and my aunt. Turns out nope it was the whole gang it contained some of my brother's fraternity brothers and my sister in law's friends and I suppose some of her sorority sisters. They had some folks I even forgot about that my brother was friends with way back in the day from back in High School & of course some of the folks's kids.

The event was awesome & fun & it was great to catch up with them all too. It was like I was seeing my older brothers all again from months of not seeing them to perhaps even some years as well.  I got to see some of there wives and meet there kids.

The party theme for the event was of course animals & so my brother had streamers propped up around the house, the office decorated, & had the inflatable animals up on the ledge by the front door. My sister in law had the chairs set up outside on the deck & on the drive way too so we the guests could sit outside besides of course on the sofa in the house.

My nephew for his party ended up playing with some of the other little ones there as well as being passed around to make his appearance with the other guests who were arriving. He was such a good baby today & didn't fuss or cry once with everyone there.  He ended up rolling around as well in his new little red car outside on the deck which was a hit with him he didn't want to give it up.

Next once everyone had gotten there was of course mingling time & chow time which the food at the party was pretty tasty stuff.  Which also of course yes this was the best thing the Birthday Cake was the near last thing & the baby didn't get the hang of putting the cake in his mouth at first so my brother & sister in law had to help him with that until he realized "um yeah this stuff is pretty tasty I've got it down perfectly I can mush it up & shovel it in."

I am glad everything came together for my nephew's party today besides yes there was a few snags to the party which yes included some of my brother's friends having to push a car up a hill which btw trust me was a site to see & thank goodness I took a picture of it on my dad's camera lmao.  I am glad that my nephew had a blast & got to eat his official first full piece of cake.

V-DAY

So Folks V-Day is in 6 Days what are all of you up to? usually my V-Day has me pretty busy while also making time for a movie night in.  I know this year I will be also planning on taking care of getting some baby stuff for my nephew aka the Mighty Quinn aka my Little Chunky Monkey since his birthday is on the 17th. I know I may possibly be planning on what to do next for my next video project too since the last one is officially done. I know I can't believe that my nephew will be 1 that whole year time has gone by way too fast. Again if you read my previous blog post about the new year my 2011 had amazing events in it & I do believe there are amazing things about to happen this year & I just need to wait & see what key points I'm given and go from that. I know I hope I'm able to see and party with the AAR this year that would make the best birthday bash present of all time which is true. Vday is suppose to be a day for those who have some one to shower them  love them unconditionally if they are able to. I'm just glad this year I can spoil my nephew rotten too.

Baby Rathbone

yeah folks I knew months ago Sheila was expecting but no one believe me then well guess what now its true ha ha I was right take that those who didn't believe me. Jackson's reps made the statement today she is 5 months along. If all adds up like I am pretty sure it does Jackson hooked up with her July 27 at the Jacksonville Fl show. It was the same night that he ended up getting pretty darn wasted and did the Whiskey Challenge with Ben G. for those t-shirts. Now we have the proof I suppose when you really do get wasted you do end up doing pretty darn dumb things that you can't back.  I am happy for Jackson if it really is his child but apart of me believes that it's really not since I heard that is why she and he split up for a bit because she was cheating on Jackson with another guy.
